Bart Scowley,
President and CEO
Is
located in the Oakland office. He is a member of the
Governor's Advisory Committee on Reformulated Fuels
and represents the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI)
to the California Air Resources Board (CARB). He is
also a member of the manufacturer / distributor advisory
councils for Dresser Wayne, OPW, Petro Vend and Veeder
Root. As a member of the
extension faculty at the University of California
he teaches a class on Leak Detection that is funded
by the EPA and State of California.

Sarginson, Executive Vice President
Is

their principle contact. He keeps the sales department
staffed and properly trained and assigned. Dave is a

marketing area as a customer service department to support

the field. Dave is the West Coast Ruby trainer for Verifone
Corporation.
