Bart Scowley,
Chairman & CEO
Is
located in our Headquarters. He is a member of the Governor's
Advisory Committee on Reformulated Fuels and represents
the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) to the California
Air Resources Board (CARB). He is also a member of the
manufacturer / distributor advisory councils for Dresser
Wayne, OPW, Petro Vend and Veeder Root. As
a member of the extension faculty at the University
of California he teaches a class on Leak Detection
that is funded by the EPA and State of California.

Dave
Sarginson, President
Is
located in our Headquarters and has been with the Company
for more than 30 years. He is the sixth President of
Shields, Harper in our ninety-one year history. Suppliers
know Dave as their principal contact. As well as overseeing
all operational aspects, he keeps the sales department
staffed and properly trained and assigned. Dave is a
member of the distributor advisory council of Verifone,
the maker of Ruby POS systems.

Headquarters, Dave's staff operates throughout the Shields,
Harper marketing area as a customer service department

in the field. Dave is our Veeder Root Trainer and coordinates
our VST training.
