Niazi Alzouhbi To Succeed Dave Sarginson As President

(Martinez, CA - May 15th, 2020) Shields, Harper & Co. (SHC), a leading supplier of energy delivery systems and convenience store equipment is pleased to announce the promotion of Niazi “Z” Alzouhbi to the position of President.
Alzouhbi succeeds Dave Sarginson who retired from his 41-year tenure with the company in March 2020. Mr. Sarginson will remain on the Board of Directors.
In his new role, Alzouhbi will lead the organization in an evolving marketplace. Having already added electric vehicle charger and C-store product lines, the company plans to continue initiatives that will improve the experiences of our customers, partners, and associates.
“Since joining Shields, Harper & Co. 18 months ago, Z has been instrumental in fostering a collaborative company, focused on serving our customers,” states CFO Greg Brown.
Alzouhbi will continue to develop the sales, marketing, and operations channels as the company expands product and customer engagement offerings. He will be working closely with CEO Bart Scowley and CFO Greg Brown on the strategy to move the company forward.
